Your order process

We receive your order. Automatically your order confirmation is sent to your e-mail and our store managers.

During working hours, managers take care of your order. Manager will call you and confirm your order and delivery dates. If you will not be able to call - we"ll send you an e-mail. With clients outside Latvia we will contact only by e-mail.

The order will be completed and sent to the agreed time after receipt of the payment.

When you place an order from the vendor?

Orders from vendors combine every Monday before 12:00 and the product comes to Kostimi.lv warehouse next Wednesday (this Wednesday you are see at each item, except if the item is out of stock).

My order has items that are and are not available in shop, how you send them?

Goods that are in our shop, is reserved for you and shipped together in one shipment when all your order is completed. If you wish received order in separate parts, then you need to pay delivery charges for each delivery.

At which time courier will deliver the goods?

Courier deliver items in working days by the route leaves. It is impossible to order a courier for a fixed period. Therefore, add the address where you will be from 9:00 to 18:00. When an order is sent - shop managers are no able to change the address.
