This Terms & Conditions is entered into between the company „Marki Group” SIA, Reg. No. 40003736171 and VAT No. LV40003736171, Legal address: Skolas street 30-29, Riga, Latvia, LV-1010, Reg. data 2005 year 1. April (below on text Kostimi.lv) and Buyer, who make order in Kostimi.lv online store. Terms & Conditions applies to all orders placed at online store Kostimi.lv.

1. General rules for goods ordering.

1.1. We accepted order pleced only from Kostimi.lv online store. We do not accepted orders by phone or e-mail.
1.2. After ordering you will received, automatically, an invoice form your order - „Kostimi.lv automatic order confirmation”. If you are not received this conformations check your ‘junk mali’ or ‘spam mail’. If these folders you are not received "Kostimi.lv automatic order confirmation", this means that you have not completed all phases of order and we have not received your order.
1.3. At 24 hours, after receiving the order, excluding for public holidays, you will be contacted by our Customer Service for your order confirmation. With customers non-Latvian (LVA) our Customer Service will be contacted by e-mail.
1.4. The all product in Kostimi.lv online store include VAT at 22%, without shipping costs. The price is what is before full order will be finished.
1.5. This contract is for all customers, who placed orders at Kostimi.lv online store. The concluded agreement is not saved in a separate file and is available to all customers under the menu "Terms & Conditions".
1.6. We reserve the right not to execute the orders from anyone under 16 years of age and from people who had intentionally caused damage Kostimi.lv.

If the customer at Buyer"s data is incomplete or has reason to believe that the data were false, we reserve the right to do not accept orders. 4. About impossibility to deliver goods for sales reason.

4.1. Kostimi.lv inform the buyers if the item is not in stock on Kostimi.lv or the order delivery period is extended.
4.2. If the ordered item is not in stock on brand warehouse, you will be informed about it by telephone (with clients outside the Latvian by e-mail) within 10 working days after the order date.

5. Return and Exchange rules.

5.1. You can returned goods within 14 days without giving any explanation of the reason. Returned goods must not be used (no cigarettes, perfume and other smells, with no cosmetic blemishes, pulled threads, etc ...). We do not accept items that have damaged packaging with special buttons or hanger, for which opening is not needed scissors or other equipment, as well as these packages may not be damaged cardboard on which is photo with a description of the goods.

5.2. For hygienic reasons, the buyer can not returned within 14 days, without giving any explanations the underwear, erotic underwear, stockings, tights and underwear sets with briefs, socks and/or tights. (MK Regulations Nr.207 15.3 p.)

5.3. If you use the right to return order within 14 days, you pay all delivery expenses.

For return:
a) The product in the original package must be sent to the return address.
b) In faulty case insert a check for shipping expenses.
c) Attach a completed return back form.
d) The product must be sent back by Post like parcels.

Upon arrival in the 14 days you will received money transfer to your personal account Pay Pal account.

5.5. This return procedures apply only to orders that were shipped to customers by post or courier, because these customers are not able to see a product when they are buying it. For goods purchased or buying at our office, these rules do not apply.
